Delete your account – Where Is My Driver

You can delete your Where Is My Driver account and the data linked to it at any time.

From the app (immediate)

Open the app and tap the gear icon at the top right.
Make sure you are not sharing your location (tap Stop Sharing first if you are).
In the Account section tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is removed right away and you are signed out on that device.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, write to freire.hector@gmail.com from the email address of the account (or tell us which Google or Apple account you used). We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your login (email address or the identifier from Google / Sign in with Apple).
The link between your account and your store subscription records.
Any active tracking session is ended. Past sessions keep no history of your positions; they only hold the last reported location and are no longer linked to you.

Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it there first, otherwise you may keep being charged:

App Store: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
