Terms of Use – Where Is My Driver

These terms apply to the Where Is My Driver mobile app ("the app", "we") and to the passenger tracking pages it generates. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app does

The app lets a driver share their live GPS position through a private web link. Whoever opens the link sees the driver approach on a map, the approximate distance, and walking guidance at the pickup point. Passengers do not need an account or the app.

2. Accounts

Drivers need an account to share their location. You can sign in with Google, with Apple (on iOS), or with an email address and password.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for the activity on your account.
You must be 18 or older to use the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app or by following these instructions.

3. Subscription

Monthly plan: USD 10.99 per month (or the equivalent shown in your store's currency), billed through Google Play or the App Store.

Free trial: new subscribers get a 3-day free trial. The first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before that.

Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown in the store at the time of purchase, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancelling: subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. Cancel at any time from your Google Play subscriptions or your Apple ID subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds: payments are processed by Google or Apple and follow their refund policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store first.

Sharing a live location requires an active subscription. Without it the app still works, but the "Share My Location" feature is unavailable.

4. Acceptable use

Share tracking links only with people who expect them, and stop sharing when the trip ends.
Do not use the app to track anyone without their knowledge, to harass, or for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to access other drivers' sessions, reverse engineer the service, or bypass the subscription.

5. Location accuracy and safety

Positions come from the device's GPS and mobile network and can be inaccurate or delayed. The app is an aid, not a navigation or safety system. Always follow traffic laws and use your own judgement; never operate the phone while driving.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If the service is permanently discontinued, no further renewals will be charged.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect damages, missed pickups, or losses arising from inaccurate location data or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
